If you are certified with YAS code, a publicly visible profile managed by you is created using your insensitive personal details which includes your company name, photographs, your name and contact details. In addition, we may collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. ProInSafe may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future or as published on our website by a third-party.
Information about your computer/device hardware and software may be automatically collected by ProInSafe. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ProInSafe website.

This is due to ProInSafe’s need to preserve historical evidence in the event of litigation, to provide historical data where relevant, including the consumer/client facing information, to provide information that is of legitimate interest to the public just as court records are and to promote free expression.
